Returns Policy
Radius Networks Ltd will only accept returns for unopened hardware and software, returned in pristine condition. We cannot under any circumstances accept the return of any product that has been opened or used in any way. We accept unopened hardware and software within 7 days of the date of its sale. To return an unopened product, please contact us to request a product return.
All returns are subject to our approval. Radius Networks will notify you as to whether the return has been authorized. You will need to provide us with your full name, address, product(s) ordered, date of purchase and a copy of the original invoice.
Once the return is approved, you will need to ship the unopened item(s) at your expense to: Radius Networks Ltd, 89, Burnley Terrace, Mt. Eden, Auckland, New Zealand. Please make sure that you include your name, address, date of purchase, as well as a copy of the original invoice and ensure that you have communicated your nominated bank account number to us, so that we can credit that account for the return.
Once we have approved the return and you have shipped it back to us with the necessary information, within 5 business days of our receipt of the unopened item(s), Radius Networks will credit your nominated bank account for the cost of the item(s) less 10% of the invoice amount towards re-stocking fees, shipping and bank transaction charges.
Please note that refunds can only be made by direct payment to your nominated bank account. When making returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of unopened products.
